IBM SP2 at Cornell

• Set the target directory where the executable will go.
• Uncomment the include files Make.sp2 and Make.mpi in Makefile. Comment out Make.serial and Make.scalapack
• Compile by typing make.
• Set the following environment variables. The only values you probably want to change are the number of processors, and the pool on which you want to run.

  setenv MP_RMPOOL 0
  setenv MP_PROCS 1
  setenv MP_RESD yes
  setenv MP_HOSTFILE NULL
  setenv MP_EUILIB us
  setenv MP_EUIDEVICE css0
  

• Run the code with ./paratec. Do not use the poe, it does not work.
